2. What Smoko Finance is — and is not
Smoko Finance is a business-finance referral service. We are not a bank, not a lender, and we do not provide credit assistance. When you submit an enquiry, your details are referred to experienced Australian commercial finance specialists who may contact you about business funding options. All credit decisions — including whether to make an offer, the amount, the rate and the conditions — are made by lenders following their own assessment.
3. Business purposes only
Finance discussed on this site is for genuine business purposes only. Nothing on this site offers, arranges or provides consumer credit, and the site is not directed at personal, domestic or household borrowing.
4. General information, not advice
All content on this site is general information prepared without knowledge of your objectives, financial situation or needs. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to take out any finance product.
